same old phrase: time flies, like comet man!
it's the fourth week of my internship already. i'm getting quite a lot of fun at UMW. despite being left alone most of the time, i have to admit that everyone is very friendly. i'm actually very glad that UMW accepted me. i got to learn a lot of things. today, the engineer at my department made me to call some suppliers to get some quotes. he even taught me to be louder than the suppliers if i can't get what i want. so much fun, so much silly things happened when i called the suppliers. it was a mini project for me. find info from internet, looked for local suppliers, find some other alternatives in case i couldn't get what the company needs, called suppliers, gave my opinions and my point of views to the engineer. i have to admit that there's so much to learn when it comes to people. all in all, i don't regret entering this company =)
the account manager went on a vacation a few days ago and bought us a little something. he gave us hershey's kisses, 2 for each person and a jewellery box for all the ladies. so nice of him...
it feels great to receive presents from others.
i got my pay cheque today. although it's just a few hundred, but i'm happy to get my pay after a few weeks working there =)
i drove home from work today, again. my sister have date with her ji mui friends. luckily, it wasn't raining and the road wasn't badly congested.
chatted with khian foo today. he switched on his laptop's webcam. and i told him that it was my first time seeing him in motion, as i always saw him only in pictures. then he did some stupid movement that made me laughed out loud. aiyo, he made me laughed like a mad person for a while. there's always someone that made me laughed while i was in office. and once i started to laugh, i could hardly stop. there were a few times that i laughed non-stop in the office and i really looked like a stupid and crazy mad person. even i tak tahan myself.
finally after a few weeks working there, i got a wastepaper basket and an extension of my own. i'm so happy. i used to use the wastepaper basket in the pantry room and borrowed others' phone. now, i got something of my own and i'm excited about it. wee.......
i'm kinda getting sad as i'm leaving soon (5 more weeks to go)
it's really fun working there. UMW is a result-oriented company, in my opinion. as long as you produce something before or by the deadline, you can do it in the way you prefer.
currently, i'm waiting for lecturer from UKM to visit me. still waiting for call and news from him/her.
ok la, need to get back to do something. bring back some work from the office. need to get it done as there's still a lot to be done tomorrow...

She'll be visiting both Baiti & I at the same time, since her office is just behind mine...
im enjoying it here too..wish they could hire me straight away..lol. and i dont feel like going back to ukm..i dread the final year project..grr! =p
but too bad, i HAVE to graduate first. hehe..
