stardusty...

finally, i finished my exams today. i am happy yet worried at the same time. i am worried in the sense that i scared i might fail all the subjects and have to retake everything. no! i don't want to fail, even one subject. so long for worries...i tend to not to think about it. i hope everything will go well and end well, too * cross my fingers and pray hard*

immediately after my exam, i went to jusco at balakong with a friend of mine, a very dear friend of mine. we had great time window shopping together, had meals together and watched a movie together. it's all about togetherness and having fun, hehe. there were a few times when i almost bought a few stuffs but being prevented by my friend *lol*

i suggested that we went for a movie and i suggested to watch Stardust. it's a nice movie, after all. full of adventures, journeys, nice views and leng cai & leng lui actors and actresses. the story line is very good, at least for me. in my opinion, the actors and actresses can make the movie more interesting, but they didn't. i just felt something amiss in the movie. i give 8 over 10 la...hehe.
the movie is about a young man named Tristan (Charlie Cox) who tries to win the heart of Victoria (Sienna Miller), the beautiful but cold object of his desire, by going on a quest to retrieve a fallen star. His journey takes him to a mysterious and forbidden land beyond the walls of his village. On his odyssey, Tristan finds the star, which has transformed into a striking girl named Yvaine (Claire Danes). However, Tristan is not the only one seeking the star. Lord Stormhold's (Peter O'Toole) three living sons not to mention the ghosts of their four dead brothers all need the star as they vie for the throne. Tristan must also overcome the evil witch, Lamia (Michelle Pfeiffer), who needs the star to make her young again. As Tristan battles to survive these threats, encountering a pirate named Captain Shakespeare (Robert De Niro) and a shady trader named Ferdy the Fence (Ricky Gervais) along the way, his quest changes. He must now win the heart of the star for himself as he discovers the meaning of true love.
Tristan only got more handsome in the mid of movie. his hair in the beginning of the movie, with center parting, really...so OUT. i was shocked to see how his hair style could changed his degree of handsome-ness. and Claire Danes was really pretty in the movie. everything was almost perfect!

the fallen star, Yvaine (Tristan pronounced her name as Yvonne in the beginning of the movie, so funny)

Tristan found Yvaine, he treated her like a slave and chained her up. it was night and Tristan told Yvaine to go to sleep but Yvaine said she is a star and can she sleep at night, funny funny

this is a unicorn sent by the others stars in the sky to help the fallen star from being captured by Lamia, the wicked witch (i didn't know the director was going that far to make up a unicorn)

this is the Wall which the people from the village is forbidden to cross over. there was an old man guarding it. he could fight really well !

this is the inn or more to a trap to trap Yvaine. it was build on a spell casted by Lamia. my mouth was wide open when i saw this scene. cool stuff !

one of the breath-taking views in this movie ! wow !

this were the ghosts in this film. they really made up loads of funny scenes. lol

Yvaine and Tristan started to fall in love with each other...

Yvaine and Tristan are running for their life from Lamia...

i spent my RM 7 well. haha. after the movie, we went back straight.
